One of the most popular politicians in the country right now isn't even running in this election year. Former President Bill Clinton had by far the highest positive rating when Americans were asked in a new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll to rate their feelings on political figures.
Fully 55% of respondents had positive feelings about Clinton, compared with 23% with negative feelings. That's up from a low in March 2001, just after he left office, of 34% positive and 52% negative.
